Agenda

- 7am: Gates open for setup.
- Note: Vendors are assigned tables first come, first served. Vendors should arrive early for a good table.
- 9am: Festival
- Gates
Open
- Everything is free, so come down and check us out.
- First flight school starts.
- 9:30am: Welcome to the Airport.
- Ribbon Cutting.
- Special Aircraft tours all day.
- Demos
from
nonprofit organizations and vendors all day.

11:30am:
BBQ
- 12 noon: Speeches and Thank-yous
- 1:00pm: Festival continues
- 4:00pm: Gates close

6:00pm:
Cleanup complete, and afterparty starts...
